I had the chance to spend 4 nights at the B&B 111 and I never had a better Hotel/B&B in Rome. Everything was as presented on the web side. As we arrived after midnight, we were picked up at the airport and Roberto was still there to welcome us. We were surprised by the delicious breakfast with Toast, Cheese, Ham, Cereals, Fruits - everything you get in the big hotels. Everything was very tidy, Furnitures and Decoration was well chosen and the staff was very friendly and and always helpful. This B&B will always be first on my list for accomodation in Rome.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dal mio soggiorno presso questo b&b che consiglio decisamente a tutti coloro che cercano un ambiente centrale, confortevole, accogliente e pulito. Per la colazione c'era un'ottima scelta e buona qualità. Proprietari e addetti sempre molto gentili e disponibili

Die Lage dieses B&B, sowie die familiäre Größe (insgesamt 4 Zimmer) und die Mühe von Roberto und vor allem seines Personals haben unseren Aufenthalt in Rom perfekt gemacht. Wir haben schon andere Hotels bewohnt, welche nicht so einen guten Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen haben, also würden wir gerne immer wieder kommen.

it was a great experience....wonderful service...located in the heart of the city....very hospitable and friendly staff...especially Mr.Roberto and his partner were extremely hospitable....its connectivity is amazing....totally a wonderful place to live in...it made our stay in Rome worth while...

Struttura accogliente, pulita, situata in buona posizione e ottimamente servita dai mezzi pubblici. Si apprezza molto la tranquillità ad ogni ora della giornata. Personale molto disponibile, ambiente familiare.

Bed & Breakfast 111 hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt: sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ruhiges und geräumiges Zimmer (mit täglicher Zimmer- und Badreinigung, Kühlschrank [Mini-Bar] und TV, qusi Hotelstandrad ), reichhaltiges Frühstück, zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir können dieses B&B-Angebot jedem Rom-Urlauber weiterempfehlen.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve ma molto positivo. Il b&b è una struttura molto pulita ed accogliente, il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. La collocazione è molto comoda e a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza San Pietro. L'unica nota negativa è la poca silenziosità degli ambienti. A parte questo, che è un piccolo dettaglio, sicuramente è da consigliare vivamente e noi sicuramente ci torneremo. Grazie Roberto.

La struttura e la posizione sono ottime, ma devo sottolineare, spero a vantaggio del proprietario, che rispetto all'altra volta in cui abbiamo soggiornato al b&b111 il livello di pulizia delle stanze è notevolmente scemato. Ritengo che se la pulizia non è soddisfaciente, tutto il resto perda di valore. Un'altra osservazione che anche l'altra volta avrei voluto fare, ma non ho fatto, è che il ragazzo che prepara la colazione dovrebbe essere meno rumoroso vista l'ora in cui arriva... In fin dei conti c'è chi vuol riposare almeno fino alle 8...

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit B&B 111 und würde sofort wieder buchen. Die 4 Zimmer gehen auf Innenhöfe und so hörte man kaum etwas vom Stadtlärm. Innerhalb der Wohnung ist es eher ringhörig und es hängt somit von den anderen Gästen ab, ob der Aufenthalt ruhig ist. Mein Doppelzimmer war sehr schön mit Blick in einen grossen hellen Innenhof, das Einzelzimmer in der zweiten Woche war eher klein mit wenig Tageslicht vom kleinen Innenhof. Ich würde in Zukunft auch alleine ein Doppelzimmer bestellen. Besitzer und Personal sind nett und hilfsbereit. Danke!

UNA SETTIMANA PRIMA DEL NOSTRO SOGGIORNO A ROMA NOI ABBIAMO CONTATTATO IL B.B. 111 E ABBIAMO SCOPERTO CHE PER MOTIVI CHE NON CI SONO STATI CHIARITI PERFETTAMENTE ERAVAMO STATI TRASFERITI PRESSO UNA STRUTTURA LIMITROFA. CI SIAMO DOMANDATI MA SE NON AVESSIMO TELEFONATO QUANDO SAREMMO VENUTI A CONOSCENZA DELLA VARIAZIONE ? RITENGO CHE QUESTE VARIAZIONI SE INDISPENSABILI DEBBANO ESSERE COMUNICATE CON UN PREAVVISO CHE PERMETTA AL CLIENTE DI VALUTARE L'OFFERTA.

Excellant B & B, much better value than other hotel we have stayed in Rome. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean and all the essentials. Courtyard setting back from the road means it was very quiet. Roberto very welcoming and helpful. 10 mins walk to vatican and castel, slightly further but still an easy stroll to spanish steps, piazza navona, trevi fountain etc. Slightly further out than some other hotels but much more value for money if you don't mind a bit of a walk.

location near to Vatican, almost every attraction in Rome available in walking distance, small, clean, very simply furnished room, the breakfast poor, but obviously for the italian/roman standard reasonable. - Anoying: the price in the list of "Roma viva" said: "from 70€", our (internet-)price was 140€(!!), people who drop in from the road are only asked 120€(!!), - for the same room at the same time! Summery: well located, quiet and fairly well kept B&B with a slight taste of tourist-nep.
